We Accept Cases from Initial Application through all layers of Appeal
As Social Security Disability Lawyers we specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex process of applying for and receiving Social Security Disability benefits. Our primary role is to assist our clients that are unable to work due to a disability in securing the benefits they are entitled to under the Federal Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) programs. Here's an overview of the services we provide:
- Initial Consultation and Case Evaluation:
- Assess your situation to determine if you have a valid claim for disability benefits.
- Explain the SSDI and SSI programs, including eligibility criteria and the application process.
- Application Assistance:
- Help you complete and submit your initial application for disability benefits.
- Ensure all necessary medical documentation, work history, and other supporting evidence are included in the application.
- Appeals Process:
- If an initial application is denied, we can assist you in filing an appeal.
- We prepare and submit the necessary paperwork, gather additional evidence, and represent you in hearings.
- Representation at Hearings :
- Represent clients at disability hearings before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), advocating on your behalf to demonstrate that your claim meets the Social Security Administration's (SSA) criteria for disability.
- Question medical and vocational experts, cross-examine witnesses, and present legal arguments to support your claim.
- Communication with SSA :
- Handle all communications with the SSA, including responding to requests for additional information and keeping track of the case’s progress.
- Legal Advice and Guidance :
- Provide ongoing legal advice throughout the claim process, helping you understand your rights.
- Advising you as to what to expect at each stage of the claim process, and the likelihood of success.
- Fee Structure :
- We are only entitled to payment if and when your claim has been approved. Our fees are usually a percentage of the award to you as allowed by law.
Be advised that we do not discuss cases with potential clients prior to completion of our Pre-client Survey to determine if your case is suited for our representation.
