About Kristin Mancuso Maiatico

Kristin Mancuso Maiatico has dedicated her entire legal career to assisting disabled individuals in navigating the complicated disability application process and obtaining the benefits they deserve. Since she began practicing law in 2013, she has assisted countless individuals in securing Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income benefits. Throughout her career, she has appeared at over 1,000 hearings on behalf of disabled individuals before Administrative Law Judges across the nation. Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree from Villanova University in 2009 and went on to receive her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2012.

Following law school, Kristin spent six years at a large nationwide Social Security Disability firm, eventually serving as a lead attorney and manager.

She launched her own practice in 2019 and continues to handle Social Security Disability claims throughout the South Jersey, Atlantic City and Philadelphia region providing hands on, personalized attention to each client.
